We want you to love your purchase. Please read carefully to ensure your return is accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges

Cash-back refunds are available for items received by our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges must be received within 21 days of delivery.

Your first exchange is free — we’ll cover shipping and send your requested replacement (same style) as soon as we receive your returned items. Any additional exchanges or selection of new items will incur fees.

Return labels expire before the 21-day period — request your label early to avoid issues.

Items received after the deadline may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We do not offer free exchanges for international orders. Choose store credit in the portal instead.

Return Rules
Items must:

Be unworn and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be free of odors, hair, stains, or marks (makeup, deodorant, tanner, etc.).

Be in brand new condition.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges.

Shapewear may be returned but must meet strict hygiene standards (please wear underwear when trying on).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, damage, stains, or do not meet these requirements.
Return Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided and the cost deducted from your refund.

You may use your own label, but notify customer service to avoid being charged for ours.

Orders from Facebook/Meta or Instagram Shop will not be issued prepaid labels — you must ship your own return.

If you received free shipping and return 50% or more of your order, $11.95 will be deducted for the original shipping cost.
Additional Policies

No refunds on insurance claims.

Orders or items discounted by 20% or more are returnable for store credit only.

Skivys reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
- Any exchanged items are eligible to return for credit only.
